This product adopts a 1.5-inch OLED display screen with high brightness and low power consumption, LED101 three-color light column, and the operation key is a six-key operation mode, which is especially suitable for the application of various production line environments. A Chinese operation menu interface is produced, which greatly facilitates operation and human-computer interaction. At the same time, the 1.5-inch OLED display screen can directly display the accurate values of the measurement results.

This product can be a variety of specifications of the measured parameters of multi-program settings, but also has the measurement data storage and query functions.

The light column of this product has three colors of red, green and orange, which indicates the measured size result and its tolerance zone size, and can intuitively feel the deviation of the measured size in its tolerance zone.

The range, nominal dimension value, tolerance zone, alarm limit value and standard part dimension value can be set in advance. The measurement method of internal dimension and external dimension can also be selected. All parameter settings have power-down saving function.

This product can automatically calculate the tolerance alarm value according to the tolerance band value, and can manually modify the alarm value. It also has "peak-peak" measurement function. Other additional functions can be combined with various mathematical models to calculate the coaxiality, ellipticity, runout, cylindricity, flatness, verticality and other shape and position error results. The input and output signal function can facilitate the formation of a control system. The data communication function enables multiple measuring instruments on site to form a network, and SPC statistical charts are formed through special software to realize on-line quality management on-site.
